WATER AID 2022

During dry weather in the area of podut in busia district people move for long distince searching for water, to get some little water they need to move about 2kilometre to find in some pods but not even clean.

so disabled and elders are facing a lot of problem and even children are not going to school since they need to help there guardian by looking for water which take most of there time ending up seated home.

in some villages had some water source in form of boreholes but due to heavy usages, had already destroyed them and no one is willing to repair since they require alot of funds to repair yet they are poor communities.
